3 simple stretches to relieve neck pain

Have you woken up with a stiff neck and then can barely look over your shoulder the entire day ? Sometimes this discomfort in the neck could be due to sleeping in an incorrect position and honestly, in this case the pain just disappears at the end of the day.

However sometimes neck pain can be quite constant due to stress or working at a computer or carrying a toddler. And this can hamper our normal daily activities.If the neck is severe and persistent, then medical care is appropriate. Below is tutorial with 3 simple stretches that you can practice to give your neck some love and attention.
