PROGRAM CONTENT
-Comprehensive study of yoga philosophy and history
-In-depth exploration of yoga asanas (poses) and alignment principles
-Pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation instruction
-Teaching methodology and effective communication skills
-Introduction to Sanskrit and chanting
-Understanding and practicing yoga ethics and principles
-Practicum and teaching opportunities to gain real-world experience
-Participation certification upon successful completion of the program
TEACHING FACULTY
Diana Azavedo, Diana is the lead teacher trainer and has been teaching yoga for fifteen years in Dubai & previously in India. She holds the designation of (experienced) E RYT-500 designation with Yoga Alliance and has a Master’s Degree in the Science & Philosophy of Yoga. Diana teaches a variety of yoga training courses in Dubai, foundational 100-hour, yoga alliance 200-hour certified programs, Yin yoga teaching programs, pregnancy focused yoga teacher training courses.
Emilie Mikulla, Emilie’s passion for anatomy and her expertise in both pilates and yoga make her a highly valuable and unique asset in the movement industry. She brings her wealth of knowledge to this yoga teacher training in Dubai. Her focus on functional and structural anatomy indicates a deep understanding of how the human body works and how it is intricately connected to movement. She has been an integral part of these yoga courses for the last six to seven years.
