Our 50 hours Yin Yoga teacher training program is open to everyone who would like to understand and experience the benefits of a reflective practice entwined with meditation and gentle breath work. It will help you truly experience what it feels like to embody “yin”. Whether you’re looking to teach and guide others after the training or not, this program encourages you to experience the first-hand effects to empower you to speak from your own personal felt sense. The course will give you the tools to help you feel lighter guiding you along your inner peaceful landscape.
