FUNCTIONAL HATHA:
2.5 hour Masterclass (Rama)
Elevate your practice with this Functional Hatha Masterclass, designed to blend the timeless principles of hatha yoga with the dynamism of functional movement. This class offers an engaging exploration of strength, mobility, and alignment, inviting you to connect with your body on a deeper level. Expect to be challenged, inspired, and empowered to explore your physical limits through creative modifications and mindful movement. Suitable for all levels, this session is a journey into self-discovery and personal growth, crafted to leave you feeling both grounded and energized.
INVERSIONS AND ARM-BALANCING:
3 hour workshop for inversions and arm balancing (Rama)
All-levels workshop exploring balancing skills and effective exercises. Improve your headstand. Learn more advanced expressions. Master hand balances like classic crow, peacock and grasshopper. Rama offers challenging transitions and new inspiration to reignite your practice while keeping the body safe. Rama is a teacher of teachers and known for making ‘advanced’ asana feel easier for everyone even if they’ve struggled in the past.
FLEXIBILITY UNLOCKED:
3 hour workshop for primarily lower-body flexibility (Rama)
All-levels learn to increase flexibility the right way. Rama shares secrets for safely performing postures like the deep squat, middle splits, front splits and other flexibility skills. If it feels like you’ve been stretching for years and not seeing significant results, this session is for you. If you already feel advanced in your practice, but need inspiration and guidance to reach the next level, this session is for you.
CREATIVE SEQUENCING:
2 hour workshop (Ness)
Unlock the art of dynamic hatha vinyasa in this Creative Sequencing Workshop with Inversion Ness. Designed for both practitioner and teacher, this session dives into the principles of structuring classes that are not only challenging but also creatively engaging. Whether you’re looking to enrich your teaching or elevate your personal practice, this workshop offers a fresh approach to the art of sequencing that will leave you motivated to explore new possibilities on the mat.
INTUITIVE MOVEMENT:
2 hour workshop (Ness)
Rediscover familiar postures in this 2-hour Intuitive Movement workshop. This session focuses on exploring alternative ways to enter and experience poses with a renewed sense of curiosity and playfulness. Perfect for all levels, this workshop emphasizes self-expression and creativity. Ideal for teachers and practitioners alike, you’ll leave with fresh insights on how to move mindfully, listening to your body’s natural rhythm and intuition.
HANDSTAND SKILLS AND DRILLS:
3 hour workshop for intermediate levels (Rama)
In this intermediate handstand session, we breakdown entries and skills such as hollow backs, head positions and the seven. Rama shares his handstand skill-path; a series of simple checkpoints designed to help anyone progress from no handstand at all, to weight shifting on one arm. This workshop is less about playing with handstands or showing off and more about fundamental development. Come prepare with questions and leave with a clear path to help you achieve your handstand goals.
HOLISTIC PATTERNS:
3 hour workshop for health and longevity (Rama)
Physical health and well-being doesn’t need to be complex and time-consuming. This workshop offers insight into Rama’s secret techniques for bulletproofing the body. Explore techniques such as spinal waves, shoulder CARs, holistic patterns and short, but effective routines anyone can include for increasing strength, mobility and pain-free living with Holistic Movement Mastery. Note – of all the sessions Rama will offer, this is his favorite and the one he feels is most important for modern movers!
INTELLIGENT SPINE:
3 hour workshop on the art of back-bending (Rama)
This all-levels workshop is partly practical and partly educational. Rama will shed light on the do’s and don’ts of intelligent back-bending. The session begins with skill deconstruction and an effective warm-up targeting key anatomy. Explore classical technique and common errors for classical backbends such as cobra, locust, bow and wheel pose. Learn how to enhance spinal mobility without weakening the body. Combat low-back pain. Participants walk away feeling motivated and more confident in their ability to increase spinal strength and mobility over time.
MEDITATIVE HATHA:
2.5 hour Masterclass (Rama)
Step into a transformative 90-minute Meditative Hatha Masterclass where movement becomes meditation. This class emphasizes the subtle power of breath-led asanas, mindfulness, and introspection, creating a space for you to connect with your inner stillness. Through a series of gentle yet profound hatha postures, you’ll cultivate presence, release tension, and enhance your mind-body awareness. Perfect for all levels, this masterclass provides a unique opportunity to explore the deeper dimensions of yoga, offering tools for calm, clarity, and spiritual enrichment.

Inversion Ness is a movement enthusiast with a passion for being upside down and a mission to inspire others through yoga. Known for her down-to-earth teaching style and playful spirit, Ness has built a large online community of dedicated followers affectionately known as “Beans”. For Ness, movement is more than just a practice—it’s a creative outlet and an essential part of her happy, healthy life.
Hailing from Canada, Rama’s journey is one of overcoming crippling injuries through the science of self-improvement. With a background in functional anatomy, he added authenticity to his yoga practice by spending years living in a hatha yoga ashram. Rama has made it his life’s purpose to share the power of yoga, movement and mindfulness with the world, leading international workshops, retreats and yoga teacher trainings as well as running his own inclusive online studio Becoming Balance.
SCHEDULE
Daniel Rama’s journey began with a life-altering injury and a grim diagnosis—doctors told him he would never run again. Devastated and struggling with depression, Rama found solace in a simple ashram, where he began the process of healing both his body and mind through yoga, movement, and mindfulness.
What followed was nothing short of miraculous: his recovery ignited a deep sense of purpose to share the transformative power of yoga with others. With a foundation in kinesiology and classical Hatha yoga, Rama now leads workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings worldwide. He also offers on-demand courses through www.becomingbalance.studio, dedicated to helping others find balance and healing in their own lives.
