I undertook the course of Prenatal YTT with Diana in June being in my third trimester of pregnancy. Diana has a magical power of creating a beautiful family-like atmosphere among her students so the training goes interesting productive and you definitely do not want to stop absorbing all the knowledge you receive! The training itself included so much information on how the pregnant body develops and how to overcome challenges you face, i must say it helped me to go through my last trimester and have a successful natural delivery. We were also visited by a midwife and a physio therapists. We had a beautiful session of sound healing. Overall the course was very knowledgeable and interesting. Thank you Diana for sharing light and power of your yoga knowledge with us!

I recently completed my 85h prenatal yoga training with Diana and was incredibly happy with the course. Diana is a wealth of knowledge, and it’s a privilege to be a student of hers. The content and delivery was clear and well structured. In addition (as a busy mum) my schedule was often all over the place, however Diana made it so easy for me to catch up on theory and classes online from home. Everything was recorded and available for download. Her guest speakers were also brilliant! A lot of thought goes into ensuring every little detail is taken into consideration to ensure the most beautiful experience for the students! I’m looking forward to the next training with her! ❤️
